Thank you you I haven't been feeling well lately for the last two races you could see for the last 2 weeks I haven't felt with it all I've lost so much appetite I'm only magic eat small bits with down is a bit hard at the minute TN could do a bit of healing at the minute fluids I'm trying to put your fluids but not as much as I should be thank you I hope everybody is ok better than I am I hope I just hope I I can get myself together

They are meal replacement milkshakes and are amazing when you are not well and able to eat, they are £3.50 in Tesco and probably much cheaper in Asda, is anybody able to get you some? or maybe you could get some on amazon?

Let me know if you need help getting any I can send you some.

Make sure you have as much as you can even if it's only a few sips every half hour, you will feel so much better if fluids and calories and sugar goes up a bit,

Thank you I've been in my brain I've been drinking Ribena like my dad I can't get away with milk I can't my Dad didn't like milk and couldn't drink it it and I'm like my dad on the I can't drink it it I'll bring in fluids I've done it a bit better today on the fluids I've done a bit better today on the fluids I have you've got a drink more fluids I don't bother I do know that cause a minute nobody can get treatment because of covid-19 doctors can't say nobody for straightened just yet but hopefully when this chaos is all over we can all the treatment and help and care we need thank you

It's so funny how we inherit some other parents traits like me my dad did not like milk or drink it like I can't is that I couldn't drink it either that's way generation so far so me my dad my Grandad I never met the flavours don't like milk I drink well could not I could not drink well either cannot drink milk are milkshakes Ava either we Are What We Are
