Dreams dark shadow

On Thursday night I had a visit from a black shadow with yellow eyes. Old Hag. Sleep paralysis. Is there a message I’m being sent. Or is this shadow dangerous. Any advice would be appreciated please. Many thanks x

this sounds scary and ive never experienced anything like that, when u say visit, do u mean u knew u were dreaming and that u knew it was some kind of spirit visiting u or is it just that u seen it in your dream?

what is your interpretation of what dreams are?

i am a lucid dreamer and usually can just ask things to disappear from my dreams or change my dream to my liking or wake myself up

i beleive when we dream our spirits are travelling on the astral plane alongside other spirits who may be alive or dead, in my dreams if im lucid my though process can change the surroundings, if i begin to feel scared then that projects into my dream and scary things start to happen, and vice versa if im feeling happy then nice things happen.

is this a recurring dream u are having, try to meditate before sleep and think about what u may like to dream about.

did the shadow try to communicate with you at all?

if all else fails i dont know if u beleive in angels but when i call to them to help me in my dreams i am always helped, arch angel michael in particular, sorry i couldnt be more help.
