What's this means ?

Is having a conversation like .... but more of like an idea or thought in your head interaction with I assume something ....really a conversation or what??
I wonder ,. I have experienced it so much I don't understand I put out a question the answer comes like a thought in beautiful way it feels like a conversation.
But is it really ?

Cause I am so used to it I can't imagine myself without it?
Who do I talk to ?

How do they get ready??

sometimes its not them that isnt ready its us, we have to be on the same vibrational level as them, then its easier for angels and guides to communicate with us.

they like joy, positive energy, nature and a still mind, so meditation would be good, they also comunicate a lot with us as we sleep.

i too have conversatiions to myself in my head, the replies seem like i can hear my own voice replying to myself in my head bt ive often wondered if its like some sort of telepathic connection to higher beings.

...kind of,

But the thing is I am not always joyful.

It's been a long time how have you been ??
And besides that I don't know how to consciously tap into that mode.

the best way i think is to meditate, but there is no set way, everyone has their own way of meditating, for me, listening to music with my eyes closed, or sat near the sea either listening to the waves or watching the waves is the best way for me to mediate.

and im ok i guess, been a bumpy road but it always straightens out in the end , i hope u are well x

To be honest I haven't figured out much about my mediation states and style.i have had weird experiences and I wish I could talk about it .

Umm...its like I start oscillating like a pendulum ...and become one with surrounding.
The oscillation makes me flex my stomach muscle to stay in place .

It's weird .

do you mean like a floating inside your body kind of sensation?

Not floating ...it's like if I sit then from my rootchakra taken as the tip of pendulum string I act like that ....just picture a upside down pendulum
